Half-Baked Weed Laws: “Legal” doesn’t always mean legal to grow.

There are a lot of things most people don’t know about legal weed.

For example, did you know…

  • Serving Sizes are made up (usually by regulators), and have no scientific basis for “dosage” (10mg of THC may be an appetizer for you but a sedative for someone else).
  • Plant count limits are arbitrary. They may seem logical for controlling excess, until you’ve seen cherry tree-size pot plants. (You can grow 50+ pounds from 12 plants if you know what you’re doing.)
  • Most product-touching weed businesses are failing. This industry is far from a green rush; even the largest operators are hemorrhaging investment funds.

For anyone in the industry, this stuff is common knowledge.

But to those not in the trenches of legal weed, these might be surprising

But the most shocking thing most people don’t know about legal weed?

“Legal” doesn’t always mean legal to grow.

Out of 41 “Legal” states (adult-use or medical), 19 still don’t have the right to grow.

Some legal states still treat growing as a felony!

Shocking, right?

If it’s not legal to grow, it’s not legal.
