The 4-Part Clubhouse Formula for Moderating Any Room

The goal of any room is to add value to your audience.

When people join a room on Clubhouse, they are looking for value. That can be social in nature, but they want to take something away beyond friendly follows and pleasantries.

Some prep is required to do this effectively, but this easy 4-part formula will set your room up for success.

Ideally, you’ll want to identify your main speakers (think “panelists”) prior to starting the room so that you can schedule the room and email participants in advance. This way you can list and invite the speakers, and encourage them to promote to their audiences leading up to the discussion for larger reach.

Most importantly: You want to prep the panelists for the format of the discussion.

For the format of the conversation, I suggest a 4-part formula:

  1. Have the panelists you have chosen introduce themselves, explaining why they are relevant/knowledgeable/worth paying attention to.
