Automation isn’t about the ability to take a vacation.
As you may know, I had the opportunity to travel to Oklahoma City earlier this month and chat with growers and industry professionals alike.
During these discussions, there were plenty of myths and misconceptions that came up. In new markets, it’s common for misunderstanding to run rampant; we can only learn as we experience more. But one of the most poignant misconceptions was pointed out by my friend Zac Ricciardi, and it has stuck with me ever since.
The most common misconception growers have about automation is that it allows us to do less in the grow.
