As you may know, in addition to hobby growing, I’ve been helping professionals in and out of cannabis tell their stories for more than a decade.

If you’ve ever thought to yourself, “I want to tell my story; where do I start?” then you’re in the right place.

This week, the question came from a legal hobby grower already proficient in communications but searching for a little guidance on getting started. I always love hearing about successful people who have found a passion as a hobby grower, and, if that sounds like you, I encourage you to share your story when you’re ready.

Every story is different, as is every storyteller’s ability to share.

It can be daunting to tell your story, especially if it is personal or private. Add in the fact that you’re talking about a controlled substance that isn’t legal everywhere, and you might as well cue the second-guessing.

It’s okay to tell your cannabis story.
