Unlike most mature industries, seed availability is less often a calculated decision and more likely a byproduct of the industry itself.
To date, it’s been best to think of seeds as limited, one-time-only drops, rather than you would any other product in any other industry that is made indefinitely until it is decided to be discontinued, because even with the best intentions, some seeds will never be made again.
4 Often-Overlooked Factors That Impact Cannabis Seed Availability
1. Limited drops:
Some seeds are simply dropped as one-off’s in a limited quantity, never to be reproduced. These are the “Limited Editions” that are intentional, and not a byproduct of the following 3 factors.
